Interior renovation of existing hospital for application of new license as a pediatric hospital. Renovation includes modifications to meet ADA and TDSHS requirements. The hospital consists of 54 private patient rooms and six single-bed ICU rooms. Work includes installation of tamper-resistant receptacle replacements. 86,880 SF.
