Who we are
Critical Electric Systems Group LLC ("CESG", "we") is an employee-owned electrical contractor at 2920 E Plano Pkwy #100, Plano, TX 75074. This policy covers the website at cesg.com. If you would rather talk to a person about any of it, call us at 469-368-7100.
What we collect, and why
The contact form. Your name, phone number, email address, the topic you pick and your message — the whole form, with no hidden fields collecting anything else. We use it to answer you and to keep an ordinary record of the inquiry. Submitting it does not sign you up for anything.
The Request a Quote form. Your name, phone number, email address, business name, your address (optional), the project address, when you need the service and your message. We use it to prepare and follow up on your quote.
The customer survey. The survey on our Customer Survey page is a form from our customer-relationship system, ClarityCRM: what you enter there goes directly to ClarityCRM for our records, and it uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep out bots.
Automatically, when you visit. This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our host keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers through any form on this site; we will never ask for them there.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. Services named below may set their own when their content loads (for example, Google Maps on our Locations page, or Google reCAPTCHA on the customer survey).
Who else sees it
Only our own team, plus the services that make this website work:
- Vercel — hosts the website and runs its forms.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the "verify you are human" check on our contact and quote forms. It keeps bots out, and it needs your connection's details for that check; we do not store them.
- Resend — delivers contact and quote submissions to us by email.
- Deyo Group — our web partner, who maintains this website. Contact and quote inquiries are also recorded in their system so an inquiry cannot be lost if an email fails to arrive.
- ClarityCRM and Google reCAPTCHA — the customer survey, as described above.
- Google Maps — the maps on our Locations page are served by Google, so Google can see that your browser loaded them, whether or not you use the maps.
We will also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it. Beyond that, no one else gets it, and we never sell, rent or trade it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries, quote requests and survey responses stay in our email and records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 469-368-7100, email info@cesg.com or use our contact form and tell us what you would like. And if you would rather not use a website form at all, just call.
Children
This website is meant for adults — clients, partners and job seekers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If what the website collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We do not make changes quietly or backdate them.
