The Sound

CESG successfully delivered a landmark project at The Sound at Cypress Waters, one of North Texas’ most vibrant entertainment and dining destinations. Located in north Dallas, the project featured the construction of an 18,000-square-foot, two-story standalone restaurant shell designed to be a centerpiece of the development. The building showcased two expansive rooftop decks offering sweeping views of North Lake, creating a premier destination experience. Completed under a contract price of just under $800,000, the project added a striking new venue to this rapidly growing mixed-use community.
