CESG partnered with Rogers-O’Brien for this remarkable project: The Tradition-Clearfork, a luxurious senior living community in Fort Worth, Texas. Situated on approximately six acres along the Trinity River, this nine-story independent living tower boasts 312 residential units, multiple restaurants, lounges, card rooms, a movie theater, and common areas for social activities and wellness programs, all with top- notch security. Additionally, the facility features comprehensive fitness areas, including an indoor pool.
