Bleu Ciel Apartments

Bleu Ciel is a luxurious high-rise and mixed-use development in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas. The 33-story project included the installation of transformers and associated terminations for an Oncor vault. It also encompassed a substantial sitework package that included site utilities, temporary shoring systems, and mass excavation as well as haul, site hardscape and landscaping systems.
