AISD Fine Arts Center & Athletics Complex

CESG was excited to work on this project that included two stand-alone buildings on a shared site. The Fine Arts Center includes a 1,250-seat concert hall, 425 seat theater, art and dance studios, classroom space, an instrument repair center and gallery space. The Athletics Complex includes a natatorium with 900 spectator seats, a separate practice pool, and a 1,200-seat arena. Extensive site work was also necessary for this impressive project, which will serve the entire district, grades pre-kindergarten through 12, with world-class performance and demonstration venues.
