Ongoing Employee Development
CESG encourages growth and career advancement with access to apprenticeship programs and formal advanced training. Sponsored apprenticeships are four-year programs to prep you to become a Journeyman Electrician. They are available through the IEC (Independent Electric Contractors) and CEF (Construction Education Foundation). We work closely with both these organizations and others to provide apprenticeship, supervisory and advanced training, including: seminars and workshops, license prep, and more to develop your skills.

The safety of our people each and every day is our highest priority. All field new hires must successfully complete a comprehensive safety training class. We provide ongoing safety training throughout the year to ensure our team is as safe and protected as possible.
