University of Texas at Dallas Student Housing

CESG completed this mixed-use development for the University of Texas at Dallas Student Housing. Student Housing Phases VI and VII are apartment-style complexes that provide 800 new beds on its Richardson, TX campus. The projects include 333,000 SF of apartment living, multipurpose spaces, laundry facilities, office space for support staff, outdoor recreation facilities, bike accommodations and parking lot.
